Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) and Barfield, the two wholly owned US subsidiaries of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, are accelerating their synergies with the appointment of Johann Panier as the CEO of both entities starting July 1st, 2015.
Miami, July 1st, 2015 - After a year at the helm of Barfield, Johann Panier has now been appointed CEO of Aero Maintenance Group in order to lead the merger of these two subsidiaries in the Americas, allowing AFI KLM E&M to have a stronger and long-lasting footprint in the Americas. Johann Panier succeeds Christian Tallec who has led AMG for the last five years.

With its three facilities located in Miami and Atlanta, Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) is ideally located to satisfy the needs of its customers operating commercial or regional fleets in North and South America. The Atlanta facility maintains and repairs electronic, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic instruments and accessories for regional and business fleets. The Miami facilities focus on support, repair and overhaul of pneumatic, hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems as well as avionics suites, cabin and safety equipment repairs and modifications.
Together with its sister company Barfield; Aero Maintenance Group is part of the AFI KLM E&M network, a major MRO provider.
