The AZUR Aviation company has called upon AFI KLM E&M's expertise to carry out Part 21 cabin modification of a Boeing 777-300ER.
Paris, Amstelveen, Le Bourget, June 18, 2019 - AFI KLM E&M and AZUR Aviation have entered into an agreement for the (Part 21) cabin modification design of a 777-300ER for the Moscow-based airline. This is the third partnership between the two groups in this particular field, with AFI KLM E&M having already undertaken the modification of three of AZUR's Boeing 777-300ERs.
The expertise of a leader in 777 product modification
For its range of services in 777 cabin modifications, AFI KLM E&M is able to draw upon extensive experience in the design and delivery of these types of projects, developed on behalf of both its parent company and clients. This expertise has propelled the group MRO into a leading market position for 777 product modification, and enables it provide its clients with reliable, high-quality solutions adapted to their individual needs. Having carried out Part 21 modification for three initial 777-300ERs leased from AerCap in Business (7) and Eco (524) Seats configuration, fully satisfying the client's needs, AFI KLM E&M has now once again been selected by AZUR to work on this fourth aircraft. As a new 777 operator, the airline will also benefit from the operational experience AFI KLM E&M has acquired for this type of aircraft as an MRO/airline, in addition to its Part 21 engineering capabilities.
