Hop! contracts with Miami-based AMG, a wholly-owned AFI KLM E&M subsidiary.

Paris, Amstelveen, Miami April 16, 2013 - Leveraging the know-how and experience of its Precision Electronics and Aero Technologies affiliates, Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) provides extensive expertise and competitive component support services covering a wide array of components for regional airlines operating CRJ, ERJ, Embraer E-Jet, ATR and Bombardier Q400 aircraft. The North American MRO group recently signed a CRJ component support contract with European new regional airline Hop!

Acknowledged know-how
AMG's subsidiary Precision Electronics was founded in 1988 and specializes in regional jet component overhaul and repair services. Currently, it has some 400 customers, among which are the 15 leading regional airlines in the United States, basing their trust on the high quality of Precision Electronics services, delivered in optimum timeframes at ultra-competitive prices. In addition to its strategic location in Atlanta and its extensive know-how, Precision Technologies also offers strong engineering expertise - strengths on which the company prides itself when it comes to tailoring its support solutions to the unique operational requirements of individual airlines.

Its reputation in the North American market convinced major European regional carrier Hop! to sign a multiple year component support agreement for its fleet of CRJ-200, CRJ-700 and CRJ-1000 regional jets. AMG CEO Christian Tallec said: "We are delighted and honored to welcome an airline of the caliber of Hop!, one of the most important regional carriers in Europe. This agreement confirms our group's reputation for quality and our team will be fully dedicated to deliver the expected services to Hop! as we look forward to working together over the long term."
