AFI KLM E&M delivers its products and services in over 20 countries in the region Western and Southern Europe. The region includes The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, French Polynesia, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey, Cyprus and Israel.
A team of eight staff (a VP Sales and seven sales managers) maintains permanent ties with customers throughout the region. The team is located at two offices, one in Amsterdam and one in Paris. Salesmanagers are assigned to specific customers. Each salesmanager represents both Air France Industries as well as KLM Engineering and Maintenance and is therefore able to discuss any of the full range of Group products and services.

AFI KLM E&M delivers its airframe, component and engine services from its three main European bases at Roissy-CDG, Orly and Amsterdam-Schiphol. From these locations, virtually any major airport in the region can be reached within just a few hours.
In addition to the major facilities, we have local maintenance centers:
> Located in Norwich, UK, our KLM UK Engineering subsidiary, provides airframe maintenance services for short/medium haul aircraft), as well as technical training services for European customers.
> Our facility at Toulouse in Southern France is specialized in narrow-body heavy maintenance.
> KLM's subsidiary EPCOR's is a pneumatic component & APU repair facility, located in close vicinity to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in The Netherlands.
