Aircraft Components Maintenance

Adaptiveness®: We innovate for you

Whether passenger or cargo, regional or flag carrier, low cost or charter, your operation has a unique set of constraints. That's why we develop the best possible solution with you to meet your maintenance objectives.

Adaptiveness® means that the solution we develop with you will naturally evolve as your operational requirements change. You can add to or remove parts, change the initial number of aircraft served, modify the list of parts or services covered, or the composition of your Main Base Kit (MBK). From tailormade long-term care to immediate routine purchases, and from flight-hour rates to Time and Material (T&M), all options are available.
We evaluate your parts inventory and your capabilities, and take your development strategy into account. We can take charge of maintaining all or parts of your fleet and at the same time provide support services for your technical department including process rationalization and internal development. If your operation involves off-season aircraft lease-out, our maintenance operation can continue the component support on your aircraft at their new base.
We are committed to open, transparent communication with all our customers and strive to bring you constructive answers when new challenges arise in your operation. However your needs may change, we're by your side.

Customer benefits: more than an exchange, true sharing

We have built genuine lasting partnerships with our customers, based on innovation, reliability and transparency. It’s a trusting, win-win relationship all round.

As an operator, you have the responsibility to control your maintenance operations from A to Z, but we add value in all the expert areas. Our maximum availability and the reliability of our repairs guarantee improved flight punctuality for you. From the moment you ink the contract, you know what your outlay will be.

As aircraft operators in our own right, we have an intimate knowledge of these machines and are able to select and implement the most relevant Service Bulletins. Because we perfectly understand your unique needs when it comes to components, we have the most appropriate response and the most effective solution for you. Our robust, long-term agreements with OEMs contribute to reliable and cost-effective maintenance.

Our wide range of in-depth repairs are designed to improve reliability and increase on-wing time while our top-flight logistics network is designed for just that, underpinned by the quality of the AIR FRANCE KLM group network.

AFI KLM E&M can recommend the composition of such a stock both in part numbers and quantities and take care of the procurement and logistics if so required. Such inventory is carefully monitored and adjusted as required to fit in the most suitable way the operational requirements of the airline, which results in substantial savings.
