Ideally located for airlines based in Africa, Europe and the Middle East, Aerotechnic Industries (ATI) boasts a state-of-the-art medium-haul aircraft base maintenance infrastructure.
With a fourth bay now in service, ATI delivers flexibility for your base maintenance scheduling. ATI is a 50/50 joint venture between Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) and Royal Air Maroc (RAM), and is the outcome of 30 years' unwavering partnership. With ATI, you will benefit from the extensive airline-MRO experience of the two mother airlines on mediumhaul fleets. Set up in 2010, ATI can either be your partner for the long-term support of your medium-haul fleet, or simply assist you in one-off operations. ATI is committed to meeting TAT deadlines while minimizing man-hours, and is the shortest route to A320 and 737NG cost reductions.
The sortest route to A320 and 737NG cost reductions
ATI operates at Casablanca's International Mohammed V airport in Morocco, and provides A320 and 737NG overhaul services from A-Checks to D-Checks.
Its outstanding location makes it an ideal partner for the medium-haul fleets of airlines operating in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. ATI offers you an attractive opportunity to optimize your maintenance costs while simultaneously benefiting from top-quality EASA Part 145-certified services.
To further optimize your base maintenance AOG time, ATI also offers Integrated Solutions:
- Cabin Modification (partial or total) during a C or D-check. This service is not limited to Part 145, and can include Part 21 up to local certification, through the Air France Industries Aircraft Modification Division.
- Painting can also be performed on-site at the end of your check, removing the need for a dedicated ferry flight.
ATI can handle over 60 heavy checks a year and rapidly adapts to your needs, where necessary, calling in the MRO capabilities of its two nearby parent airlines. Casablanca Airport is now a full-blown hub connecting Africa to the rest of the world, notably via ten flights daily to Paris, which means that ATI benefits from an unbroken supply chain guaranteeing short TATs, while you can easily access our facilities.
