INNOVATION

Discover our innovations at Paris Air Show

At this year’s Paris Air Show, we are excited to present our latest innovation: a fully in-house LEAP engine model built by our MRO Lab and CRMA team. This model is used to demonstrate different innovations. Let’s embark on a tour to present each of them!

First stop is our Engine Virtual Run-Up training tool, a stand-alone 3D immersive simulation applicable to various engine types.

Next is advanced NDT inspections using Ultrasonic and Thermography techniques, enhanced by robotic automation for image mapping and defect analysis.

Our CRMA team will then feature LEAP and GE90 parts, highlighting their inspection and repair capabilities.

In the cabin area, our Additive Manufacturing team will display 3D-printed parts like soap holders, footrests, and light covers, showcasing functional innovation.

Finally, our PROGNOS® predictive maintenance team will demonstrate how we anticipate component failures using real-time aircraft data and Big Data analytics.

👉 Ahmoss Messayeh, our Innovation Director, will be pleased to welcome you and walk you through the MRO Lab demonstrators.

Come and check out how we are shaping the future of aviation maintenance!
