Gender Equality Index

Equality between women and men is at the heart of the government's priority. It is in this context that the Gender Equality Index was created. Built around five indicators calculated on a total of 100 points, the Index measures the following data on professional equality:

  • pay gaps
  • gaps in the proportion of women and men increased
  • gaps in the proportion of women and men promoted
  • systematic increase of women in the year of maternity leave
  • number of women in the top ten highest paid jobs

Below a threshold of 75 points, the company is required to define and implement corrective measures within 3 years.

This year, 3 indicators could not be considered for equity index. Consequently, we cannot obtain a global notation.

However, here are the notations related to the indicators 4 & 5: 15/15 & 5/10.

Beyong this index, CRMA go ahead implementing equal pay for all employees. Indeed, it allocates each year a specific budget from the wage bill devoted to the treatment of unjustified wage gaps.

Disability

We are a welcoming company. In fact, in addition to our disabled workforce (8.5% of employees are disabled), we participate in solidarity actions such as Duo Day*. The concept is simple: "it's a day to share your daily life with a person with a disability.
