We are taking actions to improve working conditions for operatorsWe are continuously committed to improving our working conditions with regular investments to prevent the risk of accidents.

CRMA is committed to improving the quality of life at work and balancing life's demands:

  • Development of hybrid work for employees in support activities
  • Reservation of 5 places in the inter-company crèches of the La Maison Bleue network
  • Negotiation of additional "sick children" days
