Huub Schotman brings with him a long experience in various roles in both KLM and Air France-KLM Group settings. He holds a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Huub started his KLM carrier at Revenue Management, followed by a position within E&M as Director of Line Maintenance International. Huub also worked in Paris for a few years, as Sales Director within the joint AFI-E&M sales organization. After returning to The Netherlands he became VP Maintenance Control Center, followed by a position as VP Schedule & Capacity Planning within KLM Network. His latest position was VP Fleet Services KLM, and since mid-March 2026, he has been appointed VP Procurement E&M AFKL.
