Jean-Louis Forest began his career in logistics at Renault, where he served as Head of Long-Term Planning. Joining Air France Industries in 1997, he has since held key leadership roles, including General Manager of Component Operations, Orly Base Maintenance, and Airframe Program, as well as VP of Engine Business Development. From 2018 to 2024, he was SVP of AF Engine Services, spearheading the Orly shop expansion and lean management initiatives. In October 2024, he became SVP of Engine Product at AFI KLM E&M, overseeing strategy and operations. He holds an engineering degree from Ponts et Chaussées and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
