After completing the KLM Management Trainee program, Jelle Menges embarked on a dynamic career within KLM and Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance. Over the years, he has held various strategic and leadership roles, including Strategic Portfolio & Business Manager and Improvement Lead at KLM Engine Services, where he drove operational performance and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. In November 2024, Jelle Menges was appointed Head of Strategy, Innovation & Communication at AFI KLM E&M, bringing his expertise in innovation, operational excellence, and strategic development to this key position.
