Aerostructures Middle East Services (AMES) operates a state-of-the-art repair shop located in Dubai Jebel Ali Free Zone. It also leverages the extensive human, technical and logistics resources of its two parent companies, enabling AMES to offer a comprehensive portfolio of customizable, mix & match services.
In addition to repair and on-wing inspection, the service portfolio also includes management of a pool of nacelles spare parts and assistance in optimizing maintenance schedules.
AMES has GCAA, EASA and FAA approval, and organizes working parties that include inspection surveys to draw up bespoke predictive maintenance programs that help to boost efficiency and shorten TATs. Local Engineering repairs, plus GAF spares pool access featuring parts leasing and routine replacements also increase overhaul efficiency. All of which has a significant knock-on effect on our clients' operating costs and ultimately their bottom line.
