About CRMA

About us

Our mantra: "Repair rather than replace"

Brief historical information about the CRMA example

CRMA was founded in 1957 in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the birthplace of global aviation. It took over the aeronautical activities of the Emile SALMSON engine company and those of the VOISIN aircraft company. At the forefront of aeronautical repair from the outset, the company initially specialized in the overhaul of military engines and the manufacture of spare parts for civil aviation engines. It subsequently expanded its skills and acquired experience and know-how in order to consolidate its position and strengthen its expertise in the field of aeronautical repair.

From repairing 9-cylinder radial engines to (one of) the world's most powerful GE 90 (General Electric) turbojet engine, CRMA has undergone a profound transformation, constantly adapting to technological developments in the aerospace industry. It has focused on both the technical reliability of its products and high service performance, while complying with increasingly stringent quality and environmental standards.
