More Than Just a Warehouse: Your Trusted Component Support Partner
AFI KLM E&M Malaysia is more than just a warehouse. While we efficiently manage component stocks for Boeing 737 and 787 aircraft for our regional customers across Asia and Oceania—ensuring they always have the parts they need on time—our services extend well beyond that. Our core activities also include processing unserviceable 737/787 components by creating repair orders and dispatching parts to one of our global repair centers or trusted local suppliers.

With three operational locations in Kuala Lumpur, AFI KLM E&M Malaysia is always close to our customers:
- Our Warehouse and Repair Team is located at KLIA Cargo Village, ensuring efficient stock management and component handling.
- Part of the Customer Support/Operations Team is located in our KLM Office at the IOI City Tower Two in Putrajaya, providing responsive support and coordination.
- Another part of our Customer Support Team works directly alongside customers at their operational sites for immediate, hands-on assistance.
We work closely with our customers in order to organize the transport of both serviceable and unserviceable components and respond to the customers’ requests, not just from our warehouse, but also by utilizing the extensive capabilities of AFI KLM E&M’s global network of service centers and repair shops. AFI KLM E&M Malaysia is part of a proximity strategy in the region. In fact, the Malaysia platform is a fully functioning part of AFI KLM E&M 24/7 MRO operations, and to this end handles requests from both local operators and AFI KLM E&M’s other customers around the world.
